They are generally set in response to actions taken by users that constitute a request for services, such as setting their privacy preferences or filling out forms. Users can configure their browser to block these cookies or to be notified of their existence, but this may affect certain parts of the Site. They also have the right to object to processing and the right to object to commercial solicitation.
