These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter «GTC») govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.leila-design.com (hereinafter «the Customer») and the website www.leila-design.com (hereinafter «the Site»), operated by Leïla – IPI: 815535 (hereinafter «LD»). By accessing and using the Site, the Customer unconditionally accepts these T&C.

ARTICLE 2 - Products

Some of the products sold on the Site are design items, particularly those made from resin. It is important to note that these products may deteriorate or change over time due to the materials used. LD cannot be held responsible for these natural changes.

ARTICLE 3 - Orders

All orders placed on the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Customers must carefully check the details of their order before validating it. Once an order has been validated, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

ARTICLE 4 - Price and payment

Product prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are additional and will be disclosed to the Customer before the order is finalized. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order and can be made using the payment methods offered on the Website. Fees or taxes related to customs duties or additional delivery charges may be imposed by various entities or countries involved in the distribution chain, independently of LD.

ARTICLE 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. LD cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control.

ARTICLE 6 - Return policy

Items purchased online cannot be returned. Under Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. Once an order is placed, it is final and binding. As for any defects or errors discovered upon receipt of your order, these must be reported using the form provided on the Website.

ARTICLE 7 - Liability

LD declines all responsibility for the possible reactions of third parties to the messages or images contained on the products sold. The products sold on the Site may contain specific messages or images, and by purchasing these products, the Customer accepts these contents as is. The Customer acknowledges that the Operator cannot be held responsible for the consequences or reactions of third parties to such messages or images. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the products purchased and for any repercussions these products may cause.

ARTICLE 8 - Warranties

The products comply with current Swiss legislation and the standards applicable in Switzerland.
However, LD cannot guarantee that the products will specifically meet the Customer’s expectations or that they will not deteriorate over time, particularly products made from resin.

ARTICLE 9 - Personal data

The information collected on the Site is necessary for the processing of orders and may be communicated to the Operator's contractual partners involved in the execution of orders (carriers, etc.). Customers have the right to access, modify and delete their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting LD at the e-mail address given above.

ARTICLE 10 - Modification of the GCS

LD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new GCS will be applicable to orders placed after they have been put online on the Site.

ARTICLE 11 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of LD's registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to recourse to the Swiss Federal Court.
