These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as «GTCS») govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.leila-design.com (hereinafter referred to as «the Customer») and the www.leila-design.com (hereinafter «the Site»), operated by Leïla Dadgostar (hereinafter «LD»). By accessing and using the Site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 2 - Products

Some of the products sold on the Site are design items, particularly those made from resin. It is important to note that these products may deteriorate or change over time due to the materials used. LD cannot be held responsible for these natural changes.

ARTICLE 3 - Orders

All orders placed on the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Customers must carefully check the details of their order before validating it. Once an order has been validated, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

ARTICLE 4 - Price and payment

Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are extra and will be indicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by any of the payment methods offered on the Site.

ARTICLE 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. LD cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control.

ARTICLE 6 - Return policy

Items purchased online can be returned provided they are returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and in perfect condition within 15 working days. Items tried on for size are not considered worn. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return if it proves to be unwanted.We will not accept returns of damaged items or for reasons of hygiene. Each item must be notified in advance by means of a form provided on the Site. Postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.eur. The exact return address is available on the Site.

ARTICLE 7 - Liability

LD declines all responsibility for the possible reactions of third parties to the messages or images contained on the products sold. The products sold on the Site may contain specific messages or images, and by purchasing these products, the Customer accepts these contents as is. The Customer acknowledges that the Operator cannot be held responsible for the consequences or reactions of third parties to such messages or images. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the products purchased and for any repercussions these products may cause.

ARTICLE 8 - Warranties

The products comply with current Swiss legislation and the standards applicable in Switzerland. However, LD cannot guarantee that the products will specifically meet the customer's expectations, or that they will not deteriorate over time, particularly resin-based products.

ARTICLE 9 - Personal data

The information collected on the Site is necessary for the processing of orders and may be communicated to the Operator's contractual partners involved in the execution of orders (carriers, etc.). Customers have the right to access, modify and delete their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting LD at the e-mail address given above.

ARTICLE 10 - Modification of the GCS

LD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new GCS will be applicable to orders placed after they have been put online on the Site.

ARTICLE 11 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of LD's registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to recourse to the Swiss Federal Court.
